SETTING UP A HOME CARE ASSIGNMENTHow long does it take to start a new client-carer relationship?From your initial enquiry to a carer beginning work in a client's home can take from as little as 1 week to 4 weeks. Before a carer can be assigned to a client, we need to conduct a detailed assessment of the care need. We can then create a detailed care plan fot them. Once we have assessed the client's requirements we will assign a suitable carer. We are flexible, and our prices are very competitive. All our carers are trained and qualified to handle every individual; and their is provision for continuous training on the job which we fund. VALUE FOR MONEY GUARANTEED
How much will live in care cost? Care costs are worked out on an individual basis. Your care plan is based on your specific requirements, and as these requirements can vary considerably, so too can the cost of the care we provide. However it is usually far lower than the cost of most residential care homes.
As Care is provided in the client's home, there is no direct need to move or sell the clients' home. NO HIDDEN COSTS After the assessment our team will discuss the costs with you and explain the services we've agreed to provide. : Your weekly charges are inclusive - there will be no hidden extras such as carers food or travel costs added. |
HOW CAN I RAISE FINANCE FOR HOME CARE?
Many clients are self funding, but all clients are entitled to attendance allowance as this is non means tested.
Other non means-tested benefits are available from the NHS such as 'Continuum of Care' for clients in the later stages of life or those under the age of 65 with a diagnosis of severe illness such as early onset dementia. Funding is something we will discuss with you at your consultation. Independent Financial advisors are a good way to find out about care funding.  |
